Rock Hill Sports & Event Center

Operated & managed by the City of Rock Hill Parks, Recreation, & Tourism, The Rock Hill Sports & Event Center is the sports hub of the Knowledge Park corridor of Rock Hill! The 170,000 sq. ft. facility is part of a mixed-use site connecting Winthrop University to Old Town Rock Hill, restaurants, outdoor venues, office space, apartments and more. The Center will host city athletic programs, sports tournaments, conferences/conventions, concerts and other special events. By offering healthy living activities as well as cultural and tourism opportunities, the Sports and Event Center adds to the quality of life in Rock Hill and surrounding areas. - Championship Court: 12,500 sq. ft. with 1,300 Stadium Seats; 1 Center Court or 2 Side Courts (Basketball & Volleyball); 4 team locker rooms + 2 officials locker room - Main Court: 72,000 sq. ft. with 700 Courtside Permanent Seats; 8 Basketball Courts / 16 Volleyball Courts - Walking Track: Just under 1/4 mi. surrounds the Main Court; Available for use during non-event hours; free. - Multi-Purpose Room (Team Room): 8,000 sq. ft. event space which can be rented for events by calling the office. - Breakout Rooms: 2 located adjacent to the Multi-Purpose Room (Team Room) with private entrance. Styers Athletic Complex @ Grand Park

Located at beautiful Market Commons this facility includes (9) lighted multipurpose Field Turf fields & 2 natural youth fields, 6 lane Batting Tunnel and Complimentary Live Streaming for those who couldn’t make the trip. Concessions stands and restrooms surround each area, and on-site parking is available. Other attractions such as the Crabtree Memorial Gymnasium, a roller hockey rink and The Market Common shops, restaurants and walking paths and playground neighbor the facility all within 1 mile to Atlantic Ocean.

Doug Shaw Memorial Stadium

Just having undergone a major $5.4 million renovation two years ago, the Doug Shaw Memorial Stadium is home to the Myrtle Beach High School Seahawks, 4A State Champions. Teams from all over will want to test their endurance on the FieldTurf infield for soccer, lacrosse and football and NCAA-approved track. The eight-lane track comprises weather-proof artificial surface with the ability to catch replays on a Daktronics video board. Both the field and track host games all year-round, so planners will want to book early for a chance at greatness. The stadium holds up to 4,500 guests and is located just a few short blocks to the ocean.

Florence Center

The award-winning Florence Center is the largest convention, meeting, and events center in northeast South Carolina which serves a 7-county radius collectively known as the Pee Dee region. At the forefront of the venue is a 10,000-seat Arena for live shows and highly-anticipated events. The Arena measures 204’ X 146’ with 29,000 sq. ft. of space with a versatile layout design and seating. Retractable seating throughout the lower level offers adaptability while fixed seating on the concourse and upper levels provide ample accommodations for large-scale events. The Florence Center employs on-site event managers, A/V staff, and in-house marketing services to aid promoters and tours.

Ned Donkle Field Complex

The Ned Donkle Complex features seven fields with natural grass playing surfaces. In addition to the two adult and five youth fields, the complex includes batting cages, restrooms, and concessions. The Ned Donkle Complex is near Pepper Geddings Recreation Center and Doug Shaw Memorial Stadium.

John T. Rhodes Myrtle Beach Sports Center

Indoor sports thrive at the John T. Rhodes Myrtle Beach Sports Center, a 100,000-square-foot indoor sports facility that helped expand sports tourism. The facility features eight basketball courts and 16 volleyball courts with the ability to host a variety of events including cheerleading, gymnastics, archery, cornhole, futsal, handball and more. The center has bleacher and chair seating options that can be configured to accommodated each individual event.

North Charleston Area Convention Center Complex

As the entertainment and convention centerpiece of Charleston, the Coliseum & Convention Center hosts the majority of the state’s premier entertainment, sporting, and corporate events.

Greenville Convention Center

The Greenville Convention Center boasts over 280,000 square-feet of sports entertainment and event space. Sprawled out across the venue, there is room to accommodate groups from 25-25,000 in size with 60,000 square feet of meeting and conference space, a 30,000 square-foot ballroom and free on-site parking. Located just minutes from award-winning downtown Greenville, the center incorporates facilities perfect for gymnastics meets and indoor sports and features in-house catering and cutting edge audio/visual technology.

Freedom Florence Recreation Complex

As well as providing championship caliber baseball and softball fields, the 100-acre Freedom Florence complex boasts a large parking area, two miles of walking/jogging/bike trails which wind their way around a five-acre lake and through the boundaries of the complex. Landscaped trails and a strategically placed picnic shelter enhance the public area. Freedom Florence is also home to the Florence Junior Football League, which offers three turf football fields of playing space for recreational athletes. A 12,000 square foot gymnastics center allows for both recreational and competitive programs to be hosted on site. This facility if owned and operated by the City of Florence.

Providence Park

Providence Park is a sports complex that provides rental space for volleyball, basketball, futsal, cheer, dance, wrestling practice time and tournaments as well dinners, dances and various homeschool events. We also can host career and homeschool expos.

City Stadium

Formerly the Greer High School Stadium, this facility is now home to the City of Greer's youth football, cheerleading, and soccer programs.

North Myrtle Beach Park and Sports Complex

The North Myrtle Beach Park and Sports Complex is 163+ acre park including two first class sports complexes. The baseball/softball complex consists of 12 total fields in two 6-field configurations. Also included at the complex are misting fans in the dugouts, bleacher awnings, official’s room and a full-service concession stand. The soccer/lacrosse complex consists of 15 natural grassed regulation soccer/lacrosse fields, official’s room and a full-service concession stand.

Lexington County Tennis Complex

Lexington County Tennis Complex offers 21 lighted, world-class courts, including a championship-sized stadium court that has a viewing capacity of approximately 500 persons. Courts are complete with small central gazebo, iced water coolers, and trash receptacles. The facility also offers electrical outlets for ball-machine use on 5 courts, stadium court included.

Ball Park Road Sports Complex

The Ball Park Road Sports Complex holds 10 baseball/softball fields, as well as 4 baseball fields with grass infields. In addition to baseball/softball, the facility also accommodates tennis players with its 4 hard courts. Both the fields and courts offer lighting and limited seating.

Midland Sports and Tournaments Complex

The Midland Sports and Tournament Complex, located at 900 Pine Ridge Drive, West Columbia, SC 29172, is a premier recreational facility managed by the Lexington County Recreation & Aging Commission (LCRAC). This complex serves as a central hub for youth sports, community events, and athletic tournaments in the Midlands region. The complex features six lighted youth fields. Situated in West Columbia, the complex is easily accessible via major roads and is in proximity to local amenities. Its strategic location makes it an ideal venue for regional tournaments and community events.
