Located just one mile from LSU’s campus, Elite Training Complex is the largest privately owned community sports facility in Louisiana. Developed with the vision of creating a one-of-a-kind destination for athletes of all ages, the facility combines advanced amenities with professional-level training and world-class sports medicine. State-of-the-Art Amenities
The scope of Elite Training Complex sets it apart as a cornerstone for community programming and regional growth, built around these premier amenities:
- Indoor Training: A 42,000-square-foot indoor training area featuring a 60-yard, full-width turf field, offering year-round practice and conditioning opportunities.
- Outdoor Fields: Two full-sized, lighted artificial turf football/soccer fields designed to host practices, games, and tournaments.
- Performance & Recovery: A 3,000-square-foot weight room, men’s and women’s locker rooms, plunge tubs, and an infrared sauna ensure athletes can train and recover in the same environment.
Together, these spaces create a versatile home for football, soccer, lacrosse, rugby, and beyond. The complex is already active, hosting leagues, tournaments, camps, clinics, private training sessions, and special events.

Elite Training Complex is distinguished by its collaboration with Ochsner Performance Training, the official performance training partner. This partnership integrates sports medicine and performance training under one roof — a unique advantage for athletes in the region. Through this collaboration, athletes benefit from sport-specific skill development, speed-strength-agility programs tailored to every stage from youth beginners to elite competitors, and access to recovery and wellness services that mirror the professional sports environment.
“Elite Training offers individual skill development for a multitude of sports while Ochsner offers several speed-strength-agility programs for athletes of all ages from rookies to top competitors,” Suitt explains.
